  • Minimum Language CLB 5
  • 2 years of full-time work Experience in a Skilled Trade.
  • 1 year full-time job offer from Canada or Certification of Qualification in the Skilled Trade
  • Issue by A Canadian Provincial, Territoral or Federal Authority

Canadian Experience Class

CEC is managed under express entry system and uses the CRS to rank interested candidates. Applicants who have competitive CRS scores will receive ITA for Canadian PR

In order to count your 12-months of Canadian work experience towards your CEC application, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Be obtained in Canada within the 36 months prior to the date of submission of the electronic Application for Permanent Residence (eAPR)
  • Your employment duties in Canada fall under the NOC Code Skill Level 0, A, or B.
  • Be lawfully obtained, paid work experience in Canada.

Proof of Funds

This money will be used to support:

  • Yourself
  • Your dependent children
  • Your accompanying spouse or common-law partner
  • The funds included as proof must be available to you at all times. Therefore, you cannot show borrowed funds, equity or real estate as proof of funds. If your spouse of common-law partner is accompanying you, then you can show funds in your joint account as proof. Further, an official letter from your bank or financial institution will be required as proof. This letter must include:
  • The letterhead of the financial institution
  • Contact information of the financial institution
  • Your name and contact details
  • List of all your outstanding debts and loans
